Childrens Courses available to Primary Schools
Having successfully completed a number of Childrens courses at primary schools across Leeds (Guisley & Horsforth, Reception through to year 2)- The Salsaholics are now delighted to be able to offer this service to other schools in the Yorkshire area. This short course - aimed specifically at young children, introduces them to latin rythyms and movement, whilst also encouraging them to express themselves within a fun and lively enviroment. Each course involves teaching a childrens choreograhy to a short track which they then perform to their parents and carers at the end of the course. This course has proven to be very popular - and we have had some amazingly positive feedback. Ladies Spinning & Styling - weekend classes
Following the success of our first Spinning & Styling course I'm pleased to announce that The Salsaholics are now looking at putting on a monthly or bi-monthly 2 or 3 hour workshop. If this is something you'd be interested in please drop us an email.

- Spinning techniques including practise drills
- Posture
- Arm Styling
- Body Movement
- Timing (and how to play with it!!!)
